The robust and economical C-series incubators are suitable for standard cell growth and culturing tasks, particularly in academia. They are protected against contamination with hot air sterilization at 180°C and maintain a stable pH level with drift-free real-time infrared CO₂ measurement.
- The heating method is a silicone jacket with heating elements placed inside it to evenly distribute the temperature in the chamber;
- a special gas-mixing nozzle with the Venturi effect ensures uniform distribution of CO₂ over the volume of the chamber without the use of a fan;
- one-piece stainless steel inner chamber with integrated (extruded) shelf holders, without seams and additional removable elements;
- easy to clean – chamber with rounded corners, no fan and HEPA filter in the inner chamber;
- hot air sterilization 120 minutes at 180°C;
- interfaces: Ethernet, USB, potential-free alarm contact;
- Incubators can be stacked on top of each other using the stacking adapter.
The C series are standard monogas CO₂ incubators for solving everyday tasks of cell cultivation, with a set of functions necessary for routine cultivation.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CO₂-incubator for microbiological tests and multi-gas incubators are used for culturing cell, tissue and bacterial cultures under the given parameters of carbon dioxide percentage, humidity level and temperature, that is, in conditions as close as possible to in vivo conditions. In multi-gas incubators, other gases, N₂ and O₂, can also be controlled to create hypoxic or oxygen-rich conditions.
CO₂-microbiological incubator and multi-gas incubators have the following differences:
- according to the method of maintaining the required temperature – direct heating, air jacket, water jacket;
- according to the method of maintaining the constancy of the gas composition in the chamber – monogas (control of the CO₂ level), multigas (control of CO₂, N₂ and / or O₂);
- according to the method of maintaining the humidity level – with passive evaporation of water from the sump or with a heated sump;
- according to the type of CO₂ concentration control sensor – infrared sensor (IR) – single-wave or double-wave, or thermoconductometric (TC);
- according to the method of contamination prevention – passive protection against infection (antimicrobial coating), HEPA air filtration, UV air recirculation, decontamination at 180 ° C with hot water vapor or gaseous hydrogen peroxide.
The section presents a wide range of volumes of CO₂-incubators of laboratory and multi-gas incubators from 15 to 230 liters; a wide range of options and accessories available: additional shelves, sectional inner doors, water trays, gas reducers, lockable door, stacking kits, roller stands, remote fault alarm, automatic gas bottle changeover system, Ethernet and RS232/RS485 interfaces , CO₂, CO₂ and temperature calibration kit, performing IQ/OQ/PQ procedures, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification folders. If remote continuous monitoring is required, it is possible to install loggers and/or systems for collecting and transferring temperature data to a computer for remote control of equipment operation and/or documentation.
For CO₂-incubators and multi-gas incubators, it is possible to install roller systems for bottles, shakers, necessary for the cell culture procedure.
