InquirePRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Climatic chamber of constant conditions – equipment that simulates and maintains climatic parameters, such as temperature, humidity, illumination, at the same level for a given time. Constant climatic chambers are used for studies in which accurate temperature and humidity control is required for a long time, including long-term stability testing of materials, stress testing, and aging testing of samples. Also, climate chambers of constant conditions can be used as a separate storage place for materials that require special climatic conditions.
For tests in which the light stability of materials must be analyzed, constant climate chambers can be equipped with lamps that combine UV and daylight according to ICH regulations.
The choice of a climate chamber of constant conditions must be made, focusing on the type of study and the material being analyzed. It is necessary to take into account such moments as the internal volume of the climatic chamber, the temperature range and the accuracy of maintaining the temperature at a given level throughout the course of the study, the presence or absence of moisture, the presence of light and its uniform distribution throughout the chamber or the absence of lighting in general.
The presented models of climate chambers for constant conditions have an internal size of 102 to 1020 liters with a temperature range from -10 to +100 ° C and an adjustable humidity regime from 10 to 98% relative humidity. Many models support camera lighting. Larger cells (rooms) on request.
Constant climate chambers can be equipped with various accessories and options: additional perforated and wired shelves, internal sockets, access port, door lock, additional temperature sensor, LED light bars, including in accordance with GMP / GLP, water treatment systems. Calibration certificates for temperature and humidity measurements and validation documents are also available.
Test chambers can also be used to simulate environmental conditions. In contrast to constant climate chambers in test chambers, material can be analyzed under conditions of rapidly changing climatic parameters. These chambers can be used to run special test programs in which the temperature and humidity are automatically changed at a set time. In test chambers, cycling of these parameters is available. The test chambers have a wider operating temperature range from -70 to +180°C with maintained humidity from 10 to 98%, which allows you to analyze samples in extreme climatic conditions.
Growth chambers can be used to grow and cultivate plants and other organisms. Growth chambers are equipped with evenly spaced daylight fluorescent lamps for balanced interior lighting. It is possible to implement the day / night mode to simulate daylight hours at different photoperiods.
